Greek keys are original from England that is located into the first fireplace.

The largest board is 22 inches wide, no nails-, all pegs- absolutely charming!-- These rooms have all the original thumb latches and door hinges. Upstairs hall and bedrooms has the original wooden floors exposed beam corners, and original thumb latches.
When Mrs. Rhode Fox Grave owned this farm she would give tours of the house and present owners have the original tour note explaining this colonial home.
The museum of Governeur has the original letters written from the original owners and builders of this lovely home. A hutch is mentioned and the drawer with the built in silverware section is still in existence. The old cabinet in the bathroom is still there. Actually the old part of the house is still all original except of the paint on side board, windows, doors and wall paper through out the house.
--The basement is fully cemented and has an oil and wood combination. New roof, vinyl siding, majority of doors and windows are brand new except for the ones in the second living room, those are all originals and the front door.
Dishwasher and 2 yr old refrigerator stay, water softener, 80 gallons hot water heater, cable hook-up, and many outdoors electrical outlets. Water facets and in ground hoses so you can water the English garden, and all the perennials around the grounds, there is also a 6 4 feet x 6 feet boxed garden on the back yard. - There are two arbors that are installed deep into the ground surrounded by a perennials garden. Flower boxes on one side of this house, and connected to the deck on the back side.

BARN: The barn is a tie stalled barn with three rows of cattle and can hold around 90 heads of cattle. There is also hay shed behind the barn in the pasture near the creek that are filled with round bales for the winter season. The main barn has a liquid lagoon, pipeline, two bulk tanks, milking machine automatic washer, and barn cleaner, and above hay storage that can hold 21,000 bales of hay. Between the lagoon are the two equipment storage sheds and the calf cover-all barn.
