A: There is road frontage and one could create a stream fed pond.
Q: Can you describe the lay of the land? Pasture, wooded, steep, valley, etc.
A: The property layout is probably best described as a valley. If you are looking at the valley from the road, you'd see the house at the end of a long driveway on the right side on the lower part of the hill. On the left are woods going up the hill (there is also a rather neglected shed). In the middle is a field with a stream running through the middle. At the end of the field are more trees. Above the house the hill is overgrown - mostly with blackberry bushes. The hill is fairly steep, but there is a road going to the top (need a 4 WD to get up it though). About midway up, there is a cleared knoll (that used to be home to a cabin). The view from the knoll is fantastic and a really nice place to camp or stargaze. On up the hill is a long field. It is also getting overgrown with blackberries, but it is also a great place to camp.
